Building H has been leased by La Redoute since phase one of development, with the completed building now wholly leased to the French e-commerce giant.

Castignac, the French logistics platform backed by leading global alternative asset manager, Brookfield, today announces the acquisition of three prime location assets in France. The c. 1,154,500 sqft off-market portfolio comprises a 588,258 sqft site in Riom, a 406,941 sqft site in Vert-Saint-Denis and a 159,350 sqft site in Grenay. The Riom site is leased while the other two sites are available to let.

Castignac announces that it has signed a new 9-year lease agreement with AB InBev France. The world’s largest brewer has agreed to take up warehousing space at the flagship e-logistics park, e-Valley, in Northern France. Castignac manages a 724,000 sqm portfolio of logistics assets in France on behalf of Brookfield.
