BREEAM CERTIFICATION

Obtaining this certification involves setting up a low-nuisance construction site with specific objectives in terms of: waste recovery from the construction site, monitoring impacts and consumption, as well as implementing measures for safety, environmental protection, nuisance limitation, biodiversity protection, and more.

RSE

The E-Valley project includes a concierge service, shared offices and meeting rooms, a CAT (Center for Assistance through Work), branches of Proche Emploi and Pôle Emploi, a transportation guidance system, a daycare center, and a multi-energy service station (hydrogen, natural gas, electric).

OBJECTIF : NEUTRALITÉ CARBONE

ENGIE, through all its offerings, is committed to supporting the decarbonized development of the site with the following goals in the long term:

 

 

20 MW of low-carbon heating and cooling network capacity

Enabling the servicing of all the warehouses on the site, as well as a business area for general facilities.

90 MWc of solar energy

Via a mix of rooftop, parking (solar canopies), and ground-mounted installations, making e-Valley one of the largest private sites producing such a high amount of solar energy.

2,100 tons per year of BioCNG, BioLNG, H², and Biofuel

Supplied by a multi-energy station installed on the site, allowing the fueling of the vehicle fleet of the logistics park

506 electric vehicle charging stations

Which will consist of a mix of slow and fast chargers;

2.15 million cubic meters per year of Biomethane

Produced by a biogas plant installed on the site
